“Room was clean enough except for the spa bath which was filthy, and mould in the shower. I booked a 'king bed with sofa bed' - no linen for the sofa bed. When I enquired, it would be supplied with an extra charge. I could've booked a king bed room for much less than what I paid. Gardens desperately need tending. Daily servicing meant only fresh towels were supplied. No toilet paper, tea, coffee. Washing machine in the laundry didn't work. TV didn't work properly. Not enough cutlery -...

“The townhouse had everything I needed. Check in was wonderful by the host. However Townhouse 42 definitely needs a refresh. couch needs to be steam cleaned or replaced. Stained and torn. Great parking in your own garage and there is a security patrol 24/7 Lake view was amazing and watching the little blue fairy wrens in the backyard”

“Wonderful mansion. Very appreciated complimentary wine tasting and mansion visit. Room with spa bathtub was very big and fitted two in the tub but didn’t have a hair dryer. The room service was meant to be till 10pm but at 9.17pm they answered that because it was winter they had already closed the kitchen and kindly made 2 toasts and an ice cream. It would have been nicer to be informed at check-in.”

“The website advertising is quite misleading, giving no clear explanation of what is on offer - indicates you have access to, and sole residency of, the entire house. In fact, what you get is an ensuite bedroom with some light breakfast items supplied, and access to a shared kitchenette, where a TV and microwave are supplied, along with tea & coffee supplies, crockery/cutlery etc. Although different to what we expected to have, it was still very pleasant and quiet, and interaction with other...

“Central location to shops, restaurants and waterfront. Easy walk to North Williamstown train station. Apartment was clean and modern and good communication from staff. Highly recommend and would stay here again. ”

“I have stayed here on 4 seperate occasions in the last 1.5 weeks and each time the stay has been great. You get a welcome drink on arrival (which I was not personally able to use unfortunately), the room is spotless and the aircon is amazing. The bed is huge and super comfy! The staff are really lovely too and it’s very close to Yarraville (where I need to be) and the freeway entry/exit. ”
