“The property is under construction and no restaurant available. That made ot hard to judge staff. But there was a young deaf woman who cleaned rooms. She was extremely helpful when I needed more towels. The front desk was not manned at all times so I was lucky to come across her. She went out of her way to help me though she was clearly busy. “Hotel was lovely as was the lodge we stayed in, grounds were very clean and the staff were very pleasant. Inside the lodge was clean but there was a LOT of spider webs. I understand the lodges are in the country side but those webs had been there a long time they were caked in dust. There was 3 spiders in the bathroom and a couple in the sitting room which we didn't appreciate but that was the only downside great stay other than that.”
