From the moment you step inside, Lightkeepers B4 surrounds you with sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway. Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee in the sunroom, grilling fresh seafood outdoors, or watching the sunrise from the private suite perched above, every corner of this home invites relaxation and connection to the coast.

Elegant interiors
The main residence is designed with warm hardwood floors and coastal-inspired décor, creating an atmosphere that feels both stylish and welcoming. The open-concept living area features a spacious lounge with a 55" smart TV and plenty of comfortable seating - the perfect place to gather after a day by the ocean. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, modern appliances, a bar area, and a beverage center, giving you everything needed to prepare meals with ease.

Sleeping arrangements
This level offers two spacious bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished for rest and comfort. Just off the primary bedroom is an additional sleeping area with a full-size bed - a cozy option for children or extra guests. Two full bathrooms and a laundry room provide convenience for longer stays, while soft linens, ample storage, and essential amenities ensure that every guest feels at home.

Sunroom and outdoor living
One of the highlights of the property is the bright sunroom, which opens onto a large outdoor deck. This inviting space is perfect for starting your day with ocean breezes or winding down in the evening light. Outdoor seating and a BBQ grill allow for casual dining under the open sky, while a second deck provides additional space for gathering and taking in the views.

Private guest suite

Whether you’re enjoying a peaceful afternoon or a restful night, this suite offers a quiet sanctuary above it all.

Beach access and location
Deeded beach access sits just across the street, making it easy to head out for sunrise walks or afternoons in the sand. Beach essentials are included for added convenience. Guests seeking accessible beach entry will find South Ponte Vedra Park just a mile north. Beyond the shoreline, the property is only 4.5 miles from the Vilano Beach Bridge and historic St. Augustine, offering a variety of shops, restaurants, and cultural sites to explore.

Perfect for nature and adventure
Outdoor enthusiasts will love the proximity to the Guana Tolomato Matanzas National Estuarine Research Reserve, just three miles north, where hiking trails, kayaking, and paddleboarding opportunities abound.
