“Room assigned had shower that leaked all over bathroom floor. Front desk placed us in another room next day with no problem. I realized 2 days later that I didn’t have a pair of shoes. I went front desk again thinking I either forgot them from home or just left them in room we moved from. They had housekeeping check and found my shoes! All staff very helpful.”

I left a note for housekeeping to address with management. The room should have been renovated, carpet smell of wet dog. Customer service was good at check in. Not staffed when I departed.”

“My recent stay at Turf Valley Resort was disappointing. The first issue was finding a spider on the ceiling of my room, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance.
