Renters Must Be 25 years of age or older to rent. Crystal Lobster is a family-oriented vacation dream getaway! Inside this lovely home, you will be greeted by the open-air feeling of the living room and kitchen areas. This Bright, cheery home has 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, and sleeps 12 guests. Don't forget your furry family members! Pets are welcome with a $200 non-refundable pet fee. The downstairs area and yard are completely fenced in keeping your children and pets safe! You and your guests will find comfortable seating in the living area, for visiting, relaxing, and streaming your favorite shows and movies. Connecting to the home's wifi is easy. Enter the username and password information provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the basics, even a crockpot, making meal prep easy. Coffee lovers will enjoy the convenience of a drip coffee maker and single pod as well. You can enjoy your coffee in the screened in porch on the deck while you contemplate your agenda for the day. The large island/bar with ample seating, is perfect for meal prepping, dining, or putting together puzzles. There is even a high chair for the littles in your group! This home's comfort continues throughout the bedrooms. The primary bedroom has an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo. There is also a folding crib and baby bathtub for your convenience. The bunk room has 2 twin beds over full beds, an X-Box, and 2 beanbag chairs. For extra guests, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room.
Outside, you will enjoy the bug-free screened-in porch, with comfortable seating, perfect for watching our beautiful sunrises and sunsets with your favorite beverages. Downstairs, you will find plenty of seating, a bar-b-que area, and tables all under covered, fenced-in surroundings. When the sand and waves are calling, you are a quick golf cart ride or a short walk away. (This neighborhood does not have vehicle access to the beach.) After a wonderful day in the sun, sand, and salt water, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower. The Crystal Lobster is the perfect place for you and your family to make memories and is available year-round!

Unfortunately, Bolivar Escapes CANNOT GUARANTEE that these amenities WILL BE WORKING during your stay, and CANNOT OFFER REFUNDS for disruption of these services.**

We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.

There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 sponge
1 small dish soap
2 roll toilet paper per toilet
Small bar hand soap
1 Trial size shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 Beauty bar per bath
Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray and sunscreen! Enjoy parasailing, sunset cruises, putt-putt, swim up bars, etc., on our beautiful peninsula!
This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents.
If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
