QUESTO IMMOBILE AFFITTA PER UNA SETTIMANA COMPLETA DAL 5 MAGGIO AL 6 AGOSTO, SABATO-SABATO.

Sparkle Plenty è un golfo con due camere da letto - unità anteriore con una grande planimetria e una splendida vista da due ponti arredati! A circa 100 gradini dalla spiaggia, Sparkle Plenty è collegata a una sola altra città e offre a te e alla tua famiglia la privacy di cui hai bisogno.
Il soggiorno ha un divano, un divanetto coordinato e una chaise longue. La sala da pranzo adiacente ha un tavolo con sei posti a sedere e c'è anche un wet bar dove puoi mescolare i tuoi cocktail preferiti per la spiaggia.
Le porte scorrevoli in vetro si aprono al ponte principale di livello che ha un tavolo all'aperto con posti a sedere per quattro e due sedie Adirondack a dondolo. Hai anche una splendida vista sul golfo!
Il secondo piano ha la camera matrimoniale con letto king size, TV a schermo piatto, bagno privato e balcone con vista sul golfo. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale e ha il proprio bagno pure.
La cucina è attrezzata con tutto ciò che pensiamo di aver bisogno durante la vostra vacanza con noi. Lavastoviglie, microonde, frullatore, caffettiera, pentola di coccio, piatti / posate, una buona selezione di pentole, utensili, bicchieri e molto altro! The Loggerhead Run Bike Path è un percorso di otto miglia a Cape San Blas che corre lungo il capo da St. Joseph Peninsula State Park a Salinas Park lungo Hwy 30E / Cape San Blas Road, ed è ottimo per passeggiare, fare jogging o andare in bicicletta ed è proprio sulla strada principale che sale dall'unità.

We come to the panhandle every year and this was one of the best places we’ve stayed. It was so clean and very well kept with amenities like a gas grill, lovely outside areas, and a very short walk to the beach. It was quiet and peaceful and convenient to a few restaurants and the general store with the best donuts. The owners were in touch regularly and included so much information about the area for us. Would 100% book this place again.

We had a great time at Cape San Blas. This place/ location was great. We had beautiful weather every day. The beach is right there so that was definitely a plus, the view from the balconies was amazing. The house was clean, and had everything we needed. They do need some new pans though, a little old. We will hopefully be back next year to make more memories.

Wonderful location with great ocean views and a few steps to the beach. There is no inside entrance from ground level and the outside stairs are steep and quite hazardous in the dark. As with most rentals, the appliances need updating and the frying pans are too worn for cooking. But on the whole, we loved our stay.

The beach front is small. Not much room for children to run and play without disturbing the many other groups in the area. The AC is locked at 70 so the main floor stays fine, but the two bedrooms upstairs are very, very warm in the summer. We had 2 fans plus the ceiling fan and blackout curtains. If you like to sleep cool, be prepared. The ice maker was broken but the company did say it would be replaced soon. Overall, a good house if you want to be on the beach.

It was so nice to be on a beach without the big high rise condos and mini mansions. It’s the way the Gulf Coast used to be. This home is lovely and in a perfect location. We can’t wait to stay again.

Looking for a winter escape from Minnesota, Sunset Treasures ended up exceeding our expectations. The property had everything we needed to make our week long stay comfortable and most memorable. Being able to bring our dog and having such close access to the dog-friendly beach was an extra bonus. Can’t say enough about the location and how much we enjoyed watching sunsets from either of the two decks. We would to return for a lengthier stay.

It was a shame that this property had these two issues. The appliances were not cleaned on the outside properly and the downstairs bathroom vent and wall it blew on were covered in mold. If not for this, we would have given a 4 stars. Location is nice and convenient. Beach access needs to be worked on as well.

The living area was larger than expected based on what I thought the pictures portrayed. We did have an issue that is hopefully just unique to us, but it was addressed quickly and they went above and beyond expectations. The extra ice maker is a huge plus and everything we needed in the kitchen. We would be happy to stay there again.

My husband, son our mini dachshund and myself absolutely loved this home. Very clean! First off we were late getting our vacation dates and Kara helped get everything booked and figured out even when my card locked up from the fraud department she held the unit and called me the next day to book! When we arrived the house was super easy to get in ( no key required) the house was clean to the point you wouldn’t have known it was on the beach if you wasn’t looking out the big sliding glass doors. The king size beds were very comfy. The dog basket was a sweet touch. The updated appliances were great also. The door down stairs was a nice touch to store our beach gear. We needed the grill cleaned so sent a message and they was there the next day cleaning it for us! Awesome service all the way around! The only complaint I have is I feel 2 towels for each guest you be better! We spent our day on the beach and would shower have dinner then go fishing I would have to wash laundry and start getting it dry so we could shower when we got back from fishing. But absolutely love this town house and will be visiting again!
