“Was lovely ”

“We booked two nights, and didnt stay. There were bugs and what looked like pubic hair on the pillow cases. Then when we asked for a refund and the staff was very rude. Didnt get a full refund and was very unhappy with the whole process to say the least. ”

“Great Amana wall unit AC. Extremely comfortable new mattresses with bedding.Appears to have been remodeled recently. Had an issue with TV dish reception and the desk staff came to room to reboot and with new remote. ”

“Terrible Breakfast, worse coffee. Can you believe they would reuse the keycard holder, it looked liked it passed through 100 hands. To make matters grosser, It looked as though they were refilling the little Shampoo bottles. The Bed was big and so was the TV. When my coworker checked into his room the bed was not made.”

“It was helpful to have the FDIC Shuttle schedule on display, however there was no a indication as to where the shuttle was picking up. The Bartender service in the main bar was frankly inadequate, multiple times I waited more than ten minutes standing at the bar for a drink and did not receive any service, at one point the bar tender left the bar for a least 15-20 minutes leaving the bar unattended.”

“The guy that worked the front desk while we were there was amazing. Very helpful, funny, and efficient. My daughter enjoyed the breakfast each morning. I recommend staying here. ”

“Nicely renovated rooms. I really liked having a counter and bar stool seating. Had a nice sofa for seating also. Staff was friendly & the free breakfast was actually really good. We enjoyed our stay would stay again if we are ever in the area again. ”

“Tiffany the GM was the most unplesant. I had a group of 10 people with a total of 5 rooms. She was rude and disrespectful to us all. We were put in "non-smoking" rooms and that was not the case. None of us could stay there or tolerate the smoke and the only solution was to spray aerosols..... I book hotels for work and stay in them all across the country and have never experienced anything like the checkin that we had. “Lady at the front desk was very nice. For the most part the hotel was clean. The carpets needed cleaning. No funky smells. The beds were comfortable. Pillows just the way we like them. We would stay again. ”
