Villa Maiorum is located in Povljana in a beautiful natural bay in the south of the island of Pag. The villa was built in 2024 in a contemporary style, and offers you 400 m2 of living space. It is 800 meters from the nearest sea. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has 6 bedrooms with 5 double beds, while the sixth room has 2 single beds that can be joined into a double bed. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 12 people. There are also 6 bathrooms: 2 bathrooms with a bathtub and 4 bathrooms with a shower. You can also use 2 separate toilets.

In the fully equipped kitchens you will prepare meals for friends and family, and in the 3 living rooms you will enjoy watching your favorite movies. The villa also has 3 dining rooms, and there is a tavern with a fireplace where you will have plenty of time for evening socializing.

The villa has a sea view from the roof terrace, which is equipped with seating. There is also a large dining table on the outdoor terrace.

You will especially be delighted by the indoor heated pool measuring 15 m2, which contains 5 professional water massage positions. Next to the pool there are 4 deck chairs and a two-seater. There is also a wellness area where you can relax your soul and body in peace and quiet. A special benefit for children is the shallow smaller pool for children (1.5 x 1.5).

You will be able to prepare traditional Dalmatian dishes on the outdoor charcoal grill.

Private parking offers 7 parking spaces.
