“The lady at check-in was very nice. This hotel is in very poor condition in my opinion. I killed two bugs in our room. The sheets felt damp and the room smelled musty. Also, the room door faces to the outside, which I hate. I was not aware of this when I booked the room. We have stayed in many hotels by Hilton and this one was an extreme disappointment. Thankfully we only stayed one night and then continued on to our destination.”

“The room was clean, the beds were great, the breakfast was really good. The elevators broke down not long after our check in. We were staying for 3 days. Staff informed us the maintenance person was on vacation and wouldn't be back for 5 days. One would think Holiday Inn Express would have some sort of back up plan. Most businesses would call a vendor or something in a situation like this rather than post a note on the elevator door for 5 days. Those stairs to the 4th floor got old real quick...

“We spent the weekend in Sevierville for our anniversary. We had a great stay and have nothing but good things to say about the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and our room was very clean and the breakfast was good. We'd be happy to stay there again.”
