Posizione Ottima (Praga 1)(Mala Strana)
Premetto che la posizione dell'appartamento è davvero ottima in quanto molto vicina a mezzi per poter raggiungere altre mete di Praga, come ad esempio la città vecchia, la città nuova ed il ghetto ebraico. Il quartiere dove abbiamo soggiornato e mala strana ed è vicino la funivia che ti porta sulla collina di petrin. Appartamento molto bello con arredi nuovi, una pecca almeno nel nostro caso, è stato quella della pulizia. Nell'appartamento c'era un pò di polvere e abbiamo trovato alcuni cuscini ornamentali sporchi... per il resto abbiamo soggiornato veramente bene, cucina completa di tutto. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare qui, magari trovando delle offerte vantaggiose.

Amazing space & all facilities available to stay with a 3 year old even. The breakfast could be better, but the location and facilities compensate it all. Excellent helpful staff.

Amazing hotel
Top notch service. This place is clean, nicely decorated and provides a warm home away from home feel. The bathroom is updated and clean. The kitchette has all the necessary dishes and tea kettle. The location is good. The staff is exceptional. The breakfast is wonderful. There is zero room for improvement in this hotel.

Fin udstyret lejlighed med aircondition og med rigtig god beliggenhed til en storbyferie. Meget lydt i hele bygningen! Der tilbydes en simpel morgenmad fra kl. 8-10, hvilket i sig selv er fint, men dårlig oplevelse at maden gentagne gange enten ikke er klar eller der ikke er brød nok, så gæster må stå at vente. Medarbejderen virkede stresset og forvirret. Desuden står der i deres velkomst brochure, at de tilbyder ekstra rengøring ved min. 4 nætters ophold. Vi havde et ophold på 4. nætter og oplevede ikke rengøring m.m. en eneste gang. Så dårligt at reklamere med en ikke eksisterende service.

Das Appartment war ganz neu, sehr sauber und ist sehr gemütlich. Klimaanlage ist vorhanden. Einrichtung ist modern. W-Lan ist im Preis inbegriffen. Badezimmer ist modern.Direkt und inmitten der Prager Kleinseite liegt dieses kleine Appartement in einem Wohnhaus.

Bästa läget i stan; mitt i Mala Strana, granne med vildmarken (Petrinparken). Nytt, fräscht, rent, lugnt, skuggigt, fantastisk utsikt från takterrassen. Många trappor dock, blir bra när nya hissen är klar. Några minus & förbättringsmöjligheter: #Ingen ventilation. Får använda fönster och AC för att få rimligt klimat i rummen. #Inga brandsläckare, utrymningsskyltar, brandlarm. #Städning sker var tredje dag, men det missades. Kommer gärna tillbaka hit. Sonia och kollegor är mycket hjälpsamma.

Positives - quiet, close to public transport, great breakfast. Nice staff, clean. Negative - the elevator wasn't working and this apartment is on the top floor. I lost count at 14 flights of stairs carrying 2 x 25 kg suitcases plus 2 backpacks with arthritis in my knees made this a nightmare. If the elevator has been repaired I would highly recommend it.

New, modern apartment near tram stops in Petrin
The apartment is new, modern and clean. The hosts are very helpful - as I arrived late in the evening, i was instructed to collect keys from lockbox. Next day i gave details for the reception to process the check in while enjoying the "bonus" breakfast. Honestly, breakfast is just basic (dont have high hope) though i never expect breakfast when hiring apartment. The surrounding area is quiet with tram stops nearby to get to almost anywhere in prague. The host even helps me to print my tickets so i dont have to find a local print service for it. A light err is the apartment is not very good noise cancelled. During our stay, we could hear the neighboring apartment showering and rubbing feet - i bet they might also hear us too lol. But all in all, a pleasant spacious stay for our family at a reasonable price

Checkin unkompliziert, Aufzug war außer Betrieb weshalb wir wahrscheinlich im Erdgeschoss untergebracht wurden. Das Appartment war ganz neu und sehr sauber, für 2 Nächte völlig ausreichend. Leider etwas dunkel, weil vor beiden Fenstern eine Mauer war.

El apartamento a 10 mnts del centro y totalmente reformado y cómodo. Al llegar no sabíamos que teníamos que ir a otro punto a recoger las llaves. Nos pareció una falta de información por parte del hotel ya que nos trastocó ir con la maleta. Al irnos fue igual...

De accommodatie was erg modern en heel netjes. Jammer genoeg stond er op de site dat de borg met een credit/debit kaart betaald kon worden. Toen we daar waren bleek dat we dit alleen met een credit kaart konden regelen.

The location was great. Easy access to the city throlley. 15min away walking to the epicenter. The room was good. Comfortable bed and clean sheets. I gave them a bad review because when I went to the bathroom at night barefoot I got a small piece of broken glass stucked on my foot. I had to walk with it still on my food the next day because I could not take it out. What bothers me the most is that I told the staff about it the next day and it was like if they did not care, not even bothered to offer me any assistance in removing the broken piece of glass froom my foot. Also it sucks that the reception is 10 minutes away walking on a different location.

Nice apartment but a few issues
The apartment was nice, it looks good and the bed was very comfortable. However looks aren't everything. The hot water was barely warm making showering difficult. The air conditioner didn't work and the pillows were so soft they were very uncomfortable. We spoke to the person at the reception (which is about 1.4 km away where you have to pick up the key) but they were not helpful, so I emailed them to ask for help particularly with the hot water. 2 days later they emailed back to say someone would drop in and look at the hot water. On our last day the water issued seemed to be fixed. This apartment could be amazing with a few changes, namely better service, better pillows and a more comfortable lounge. Also being able to leave the key at the premises when leaving rather than having to trek the 1.4km to drop off the key which is difficult if you are leaving early.

Muy limpio. Para 4 personas esta muy bien. Baño espectacular, ducha fantástica. Decorado muy agradable y cómodo y facil de mantener limpio. Cocina mas que suficiente y equipada. Electrodomésticos nuevos. Colchones muy buenos. Zona muy muy tranquila y sin ruidos (da a un parque). Bien comunicada. Facil acceso andando o tranvía al centro. Bares y restaurantes en la zona que le dan cierta vida. Supermercado cerca a precios locales (no turista). Bares para desayunar cerca. Local de comida rápida 24 horas. Muy recomendable

One of the hottest weeks in Europe isn’t the time to be in a non air conditioned apartment. We loved everything else and the management was able to bring us extra fans!! One last thing, you pickup and return the keys about 10 blocks away from the apartment.

チェックイン/アウトが別の場所で少し面倒だったことと、洗濯機やマイクロウェーブがなかったのが残念でした。ただ、寝室は広くて清潔でよかったです。

Appartment in einem Wohnhaus
Direkt und inmitten der Prager Kleinseite liegt dieses kleine Appartement in einem Wohnhaus. Aufzug ist vorhanden. Im Appartement selber ist alles was man braucht, lediglich fehlende Ablageflächen im modernen Badezimmer fehlten uns.
