It felt like a homestay. The room was clean, large and cozy. The breakfast was delicious and homemade. 10/10”

Blanket was small for two ppl. There was Nescafé machine but can’t use because no capsul available. Wishing to have towel change service everyday . ”

“This was a very nice apartment for our vacation in Hakuba. The apartment was clean and as advertised, and the staff was extremely accommodating. Our dog enjoyed the stay as well. The location is great -- close to Echoland and plenty of restaurants. The biggest problem we had was with getting checked in, as there was an issue with the reservation, but once I brought it to the attention of the staff at the property, that was fixed instantly. The beds were also perhaps not the most comfortable, but...
