“My biggest issue was that my room faced the highway, and I don't know if the hotel just has the lowest grade windows or what, but there 24 hour a day road noise including semi trucks, motorcycles, and people revving their engines just yards away that made it near impossible to get any decent sleep. I've never stayed in a hotel where I could hear so much road noise. Everything else about it was great, but I was really only there at night for a place to sleep, so it just didn't meet that need. ...

“Hotel was clean with maid service daily. Basic rooms, free breakfast was nice. Close to many restaurants and shopping. ”

“Parking was a nightmare Because of construction and work trucks. The shower drain was clogged and lots of hair on shower liner. No fridge, no microwave and I brought food that went bad. Breakfast was barely coffee and waffles. All chairs and couches were out back by the dumpsters which was concerning and then there was none in the rooms. ”

“Breakfast was ok, but lacking in options. Staff was very friendly, property was clean. There are lots of homeless in the area... but to be honest, thats just Albuquerque... i even stayed at a Sheraton in midtown there and there were still homeless on the corner. All in all,, ill choose this place agiain. Not a bad price and it's centrally located , so getting anywhere in town is quick and easy.”

“The airport shuttle did not takee to the airport as requested before I booked the room. I was not happy with their service. I booked the room based on airport shuttle. That was not good. ”

“I requested a quiet room not to far from elevator. They gave me a room at the end of a long hall right next to the interstate highway. I requested another room and they refused to. I contacted Expedia and you wouldn't help me either. I will never use Expedia again! ”

“This is a very low budget property. Paid ~$50 a night, but should have been ~$30 for what I got. Staff was friendly / fine, nothing of note, good or bad.TV did not work in my room. Could easily hear the room next to mine, (they were talking at a normal level, and had their TV at a normal level), as well as all activity in the hallway (normal speaking levels, nothing that should be heard or complained about, normally). Floors of the hallway and room are the same cheap vinyl plank, all of it...

“hotel da dimenticare. La camera era davvero fatiscente, non c era un angolo che fosse decente, il condizionatore era vecchissimo, la moquette sporca, nel bagno degli insetti..in piu mancava di qualunque confort, non c era nulla! Ne il microonde ne il frigorifero ne il phon ( ne ho chiesto uno alla reception e me l hanno dato non funzionante) ne bollitore.. All arrivo all una il personale in malo modo ci ha detto che il check in apre alle 15 e non ci hanno concesso neanche di stare nella sala...

“Ambiente semplice ma molto pulito e personale disponibile. La colazione non è ricca ma è un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Da consigliare”
