“Such a lovely property, not far walk from the underground. Such a lovely surrounding area with lots of shops, restaurants and a great community all round I felt safe (as a for travelling on my own) and the rooms were clean. Beds very comfortable. Even having a seperate private bathroom downstairs was fine. Hot shower, clean towels. My room was 6 and this was main road facing so it does get a bit loud in the morning with buses/cars etc but still a good nights sleep. Didn’t use the shared kitchen...

“Not a 5 star hotel but gave 5 star because it was perfect for what we needed. Very clean, staff were helpful and friendly. It was so convenient to be right by the tube. Had no problem with noise. ”

“La struttura è in una zona non centrale ma ben collegata dai mezzi. Il pub al di sotto delle camere, molto British, offre piatti gustosi. La colazione gratuita riservata agli ospiti dalle 7 alle 9 è piuttosto scarsa e sicuramente potrebbe essere migliorata. Complessivamente si tratta di un posto tranquillo, abbastanza pulito e confortevole. ”

“Beautiful spacious home. I booked this residence as I was attending an event at Brixton Academy, home is within walking distance or a quick Uber. Lovely quiet street, also loved the black and white cat that visited us over the weekend. Would stay here again. ”

“Pros: Lovey space that's been obviously cared for and updated. Convenient location across from the underground, lots of good restaurants in the area. Great communications - issue with bedding was resolved quickly. Clear instructions for accessing the property. Cons: No paper towel or dishtowels for the kitchen so it was drip dry only. Only 1 hand towel was provided for the bathroom and 4 towels for the shower which can be a challenge for 5 people. Also, no hotwater for the shower sonwe gave...

“Nice room and when I eventually got key code and into property it was lively. Close to Rail, underground and buses and plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby and within a stones throw of tooting common”

“Don't be fooled by this, they ignore you all day, then after 6 pm they write that something is broken and ask you to cancel, but after 6 pm you can't cancel the house.”
