Ti Hale is located in the prestigious community of Princeville near the Princeville Makai Golf Course, Princeville Shopping Center and some of the best sunset views down the road at the 1Hotel Hanalei Bay. Enjoy the walking paths in Princeville and the nearby Princeville Park, Library and Princeville Shopping Center. Take a short drive down to Hanalei to spend the day at the bay surfing, swimming and catching some sun. With lots of activities to do on Kauai’s north shore, Ti Hale is the perfect home to unwind in at the end of the day. Let the waves of the ocean rinse away any worries and the breeze of the trade winds revitalize you. 

Inside Ti Hale you’ll find 4 sleek and spacious bedrooms - 2 master suites (Cal King; King) and 2 guest rooms (King; a Twin + a Full/Twin Bunk set) with an additional full bath. Inside both master suite bathrooms are large vanity areas, dual-head showers and walk in closets ready for you to unpack and relax.

A/C is set up in the main living area as well as all of the bedrooms. This large A/C system in the living area provides a nice cooling to the entire house for extra sleeping comfort. Ceiling fans throughout the home provide an extra breeze but don’t forget to open up the large patio sliding doors on both the front and back lanai to enjoy the Kauai fresh air. Off the front lanai you’ll be impressed with majestic mountain views and waterfalls while the rest of the property is beautifully landscaped in tropical Hawaiian flora. 

The white-granite countertop in the spacious kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and all the cooking essentials necessary for a large family and friends gathering. Fire up the grill on the front lanai and enjoy some local fresh fish and veggies while dining alfresco.

Dreamy Front Porch Views

Beautiful home! The front porch was our absolute favorite where we spent all of our time playing games and eating meals. The views were spectacular. Clean, comfortable beds, great living room and kitchen for fun family memories. The supply of beach chairs, towels, and surfboard/boogie boards was an added bonus! Loved the fridge in the garage to keep all the extra drinks cold. The kitchen supplies and appliances were also a wonderful to have. We loved using the blender and the crockpot. Air conditioners worked amazing and it was nice having them in the individual rooms. We loved having all the windows open in the front room so we didn’t need to use the air conditioner in there much. The location was perfect as we love spending time in Hannalei and we enjoyed the being so close to the Queen’s bath. We would definitely return here again visiting Kauai.

Beautiful Property

STAY AT TI HALE WAS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. THERE WAS 9 FAMILY MEMBERS ANS WE ALL FIT WONDERFULLY WITH AMPLE SPACE. LOCATION WAS PERFECT IN THE PRINCEVILLE COMMUNITY. WWIULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AND STAY AGAIN.

Beautiful property, perfect for our large group

Our group consisted of 6 adults and 3 children, 2 under 2, and this property was perfect! Enough room for the kiddos, everyone had their own space, and the littles even found a stash of toys. Check in was easy, the house was well appointed, we'd 100% stay again!

The owner is great to work with. Check in procedures were easy to follow. The house is absolutely beautiful. The location is in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for enjoying evenings on the deck. I'd definitely stay at this house again.

Great Location, Unusable Kitchen

The house was absolutely gorgeous, however, we soon found out why there were ant traps everywhere. We were not really able to use the kitchen or pantry, or even the bath mats in a couple of the bathrooms because they were overwhelmed with ants. We would come home from whatever we were doing that day, and found ants in the 100's all over the kitchen except near the ant traps. I attempted to address this with some home made deterrents with mixed results. I contacted the rental company who provided me with more traps that the ants didn't use and a can of bug spray. We gave up because it didn't matter wear we sprayed, the ants found food wherever we hid it around the house and I had to balance using bug spray and keeping the family away from it. In all, each evening ended with relocating food to other places around the house, and taking a garbage bag with 300-400 ants out to the trash can. The house didn’t come with many blankets to use and the blankets in the master bedroom were light and didn’t keep you warm. With visiting in March, the weather was a bit more mild so we were struggling to keep warm. On the flip side, our kids like to keep the doors closed at night, which meant their rooms were pretty muggy with no a/c even with fans. Our kids had to decide if they wanted to put up with the mugginess in their room or slightly better conditions and lots of noise from bugs and birds outside.

Kahn Family Vacation

The house was amazing. It was beautiful, clean, well-appointed and luxurious. Our group size was nine and we never felt cramped for space. It was the best house we've ever stayed in...one-of-a-kind. We did have one mishap with a boogie board and it broke in half. If you send us an address, we will purchase an online replacement and deliver it to you.

Great location in Princeville.

The house is nice. There was a slight problem at check in. They accidentally double booked the house. After arriving another family pulled in saying they rented the place too. Slight mix up but got it figured out. The house is big and has extra beach gear which is good. Would stay again.

This home was just what we were looking for. We had three siblings and their spouses for a major birthday celebration. Three bedrooms with three baths and plenty of common room to spread out. A few more pantry essentials would have been greatly appreciated.

The house is beautiful and the bedrooms were perfect for our family. The only problem was after arriving late at night only two of us were able to have a tepid shower. After that there was only cold water. I stayed behind to wait for the electrician to come while my family went out. They had to send out three different people out before we finally got hot water. Apparently, the house runs a on solar panels and the days had been cloudy so there was not enough power to keep the hot water going. There was also a problem with the heater itself. By the afternoon we finally had hot water and everyone was able to take showers and bathe the baby. It was unfortunate that we were there for only two nights

September 2023 stay

This house has everything to make it feel home away from home. The house was prepared for kids by having toys and books (my kids appreciated that). The weather was perfect, we ate every dinner outside on the front porch. The view of the mountains is beautiful! When we come back to Kauai, we’ll be staying here again!

Pros and Cons

Would have been nice to have check in access code a day or two in advance or to have it texted to phone rather than by email the day of for those of us who do not have email on a cell phone and are traveling all day long distances by air and out of touch coming over the Pacific. Also I believe description said TVs in all bedrooms but on arrival three bedrooms were without TV. Even if TV was available never could get regular TV cable to work despite completing the corrective measures outline in home instructions. Did not feel like taking last option of calling Spectrum because did not want to wait all day for them to show up during our vacation(Experience tells me that is what happens). Other than above house was wonderful with great location.
