“Great location. Comfortable bed. However the room was not clean. Carpet not vacuumed, crumbs on the floor.”

“I checked in on 5/23. The trainee was very nice and welcoming. She was working through the check-in process smoothly with a question or two for the manager. The manager was short with her and unwelcoming to the guests — obviously hospitality is not her strength. This was the first Holiday Inn Express I felt so uncomfortable checking-in.”

“The rooms were huge and clean! The pool and outdoor area were awesome. The staff were very friendily and helpful. Only things I would change would be to get a second toaster and pancakes or waffles for breakfast, but that is just being nit picky. Would def stay here again!”

“front desk charged an additional $100 fee without notifying us for a pet fee, even though it was a service animal. Upon requesting a removal of the fee they said they needed management approval but did not return calls to apprise us - as they said they would do.”

“We enjoyed our stay - friendly, welcoming staff, bright colors decorated the lobby with comfy chairs and a variety of seating areas to work, read, have breakfast or relax. Played a few games of pool, good fun, nice addition to the lobby area for guests. The room was laid out well with vertical storage areas, minimalist decor and comfy bed.
