“Only one person working. She went out to smoke and left people waiting to check in. One working elevator. Pull out bed we had to make ourselves. The pillows were YELLOW with age. So uncomfortable. Very overpriced for quality.”

“Hair inside the bath tub. Blood stains on bedding. Tried to check out early but was given a hard time because we used a third party app to book our stay. Took hours of our time and a manager to not be charged for the entire stay initially booked. I have never had a problem checking out early at any other hotel before. Breakfast was scary. I guess you get what you pay for.”

“Seems to be an older property in need of some sprucing. The a/c unit in my room was very noisy and blew cold air but not particularly dry air. The room was clean and the staff very attentive and courteous.”
