“Struttura molto bella e moderna. Camere bellissime, tutto perfetto. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la prenotazione, la camera selezionata e prenotata dal sito Hotels.com era per tre persone con letto King bed, all'arrivo abbiamo avuto la brutta sorpresa di trovare un letto Queen bed e lo staff non ha voluto cambiarla ed allestire un letto di fortuna mettendo delle lenzuola sul divano. “Nos encanta el hotel. Habitacion perfecta, desayuno buffet excelente, servicio impecable, acceso directo al centro comercial de puerto Cancun. Unica experiencia muy muy muy molesta ha sido volver al hotel despues de las 10pm pues a la entrada de Puerto Cancun habia una cola infinita de coches que debian pasar por un control de seguridad que nos hizo perder mucho tiempo. No entendemos que los huepedes de un hotel bien caro come este tengan que pasar por este control y perder tanto tiempo como...

“Beautiful resort with amazing staff. We took the honeymoon suite upgrade for our 10 year anniversary and it was well worth it watching the sunrise and sunsets.
The food was good, they had a small coffee shop with snacks all day. The wait times for dinner can be pretty long most nights though so be prepared for that.
