Zona Romantica is a highly walkable area, where you can access the beach and the restaurant and nightlife safely at night. Puerto Vallarta is well connected by Uber and Taxi’s (negotiate!).

This property was great. The unit is brand new and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable short or long-term stay. We especially appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit, a relaxing hot tub, smart TVs, and strong AC—perfect for unwinding after a day out.The location was also a highlight. While it’s a bit of a climb to reach, the reward is well worth it: stunning rooftop pool views and the chance to immerse yourself in the charming Alta Vista neighborhood. It feels more local and peaceful—nicely removed from the touristy hustle—yet super convenient. You're only a 10–20-minute walk from about everything: art galleries, fantastic food spots, the Malecon, beaches, bars, and nightlife.
