“Perfect size for visitors coming to sightsee. Has amenities needed. Kitchen, dishwasher, washer dryer etc. Location is walkable from public transport and to tourist sights or taking monorail, light rail, bus or Uber or Lyft etc. Based on rates we saw for other locations, this is worth it. Helpful and understanding owner. ”

“This is an ideal spot if you are looking to get the most out of your visit to Seattle. The view of the iconic space needle is spectacular from both the bedroom and the balcony. It’s located in a area that is central to all the attractions which made walking to all our activities a breeze. The condo was very clean and the couch was super comfortable and fit two of us to sleep on plus they supplied an air mattress in case we needed it (which we didn’t) I will definitely be happy to revisit this...

“What a great location! Had a short stay here in August. We went to Pike Place and The Aquarium. Also had a wonderful dinner at Elliotts. Everything was so close and the view from the balcony was fantastic!”

“Location was great, close enough to walk to most sights. Place was spotless, had everything we needed in it. The building has a nice indoor pool (we didn’t use) and a well equipped gym (which we did use). Fairly quiet. Had parking which if you have a car you definitely need. Would stay again.”

“First off, Tyler is great...always prompt with communication. The place is exactly as you see it and a little more. It was very clean and well appointed. So nice having a parking space, we parked and didn't drive the car again until the end of our stay. Easy place to walk and uber to and from. Would definitely stay again!”

“Gorgeous views and great location. Our family had a comfortable stay here. Host was friendly and accommodating. Street parking was easy to find. Only thing to keep in mind is there is no AC. With the fans and windows open, it felt cool enough for us. Overall a pleasant stay!”

A very nice touch was its Keurig coffee maker with more coffee capsules than any family could possibly drink over 3 days. Made a great restaurant recommendation (Umi Sake House). ”
