"The hotel/resort is in a nice location, a 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 15 minutes walk from the center of Cenang. The front desk staff is always very nice and polite, the staff at breakfast not so much. I stayed here 3 nights, the room was big enough for me, but had I been with someone else (it was a double room) it would have probably been a bit small. After the first night the room was not cleaned, they just provided new water bottles and fresh towels, but floor and toilet weren't cleaned. After the second night they actually cleaned. There is a major water pressure problem, water is always cold, no matter the hour of the day you are showering and to get into pressure it takes a few seconds. Very noisy rooms, you can hear everything your neighbors are doing or saying, in every possible direction (upstairs, downstairs, left, right, front), which may be a problem if your neighbors are indian or drunken russians like the ones i had. Bed was ok, nothing to tell home about but not bad either. No services provided (no in room dining, no shuttle for the airport, no bike rental, etc.) apart from the breakfast, which was nothing special but did its job. After all a very mid structure, not bad but not great either. More like a 3,5 stars than 3 but hey, let's be strict."
