Hotel vicino a Punta Espada Golf Course - Cap Cana

“I’m currently on my flight back home from my trip and honestly was very sad to leave today. I had a wonderful stay at the St. Regis Cap Cana- stayed from 1/19-1/23/26. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and the staff is truly wonderful - they are truly courteous and attentive. I know some reviews mentioned the lack of hot water in the shower but that issue seems to be fixed - there was plenty of hot water and the water pressure is great. I would say the only thing I think they would could...

“The room and the grounds were absolutely beautiful, but the property manager Jonel really made this experience perfect. He was professional, engaging, fun, and helped me with anything I needed. He also speaks 7 different languages, so he was able to communicate easily with every single guest. The breakfast was outstanding, the rooftop is beautiful. I can’t say enough about this place! I will definitely stay here again. ”

“The property was great. The rooms were clean and well appointed. Overall, the property was excellent, but would do much better with some increase amenities such as wash clothes, shower gel, and hand soap.”

“Room was very basic but clean, The front desk Attendant was very helpful. The restaurant was not open when we arrived so he ordered us a pizza which he delivered to our room and helped with getting a taxi the next day. There was a fair amount of street noise during the night, but for the price it is great for one night.”

“Ho prenotato dall 11/08 al 24/08 la struttura perché rappresentata da foto ingannevoli di spiaggia che non ha mentre sul loro sito fa capire di si praticamente lontanissima dalla spiaggia inoltre ke pulizie delka stanza è inesistente come del resto l’assistenza al cliente alla fine ho lasciato la struttura una settimana prima per spostarmi in un villaggio pagando naturalmente pessima esperienza ”

“Property is inside an apartment complex very hard to find. The person with the key doesn't answer the phone. The property is clean however the uber service doesnt pick people inside that complex you need to walk about 3 blocks to the main street mind you 1 block is in constructions right in front of this place you have to walk over rocks and dust with your luggage. Terrible experience ”
