“Buena atención por parte de todo el personal, la comida es otro nivel, los restaurantes de especialidad muy buenos, el personal siempre está atento. Lo que no me gustó es que paganos habitación club, y se tenía ciertas amenidades “exclusivas” pero vimos a gente que no pertenecía a la torre club disfrutar de las mismas amenidades”

“No internment no music to dance drinks so expensive and no alcohol taste at all is a very all property shower either hit or cold, faucets not working properly, and when I made the reservations for this place at that time it wasn’t all inclusive, they changed a week before we arrived, I just because we’re not all inclusive they dined a water bottle for me and my husband, and that’s good we didn’t get all inclusive because it’s not worded at all”

“Paid for all inclusive and they had "premium" options so it wasnt really all inclusive. Front desk tried to upsell SPAs everytime they saw us . Had early check in and the concierge said room would be ready in about half an hour but waited almost 2 hours for it. Paid extra for a private beach dinner and when we showed up they weren't ready, they said you can come back tomorrow or wait about an hour an a half very unprofessional. The rooms speaker and tablet would not fully connect at times. Tried...

“We loved our room, the lovely pool and the staff was very helpful! Easy to take uber to/from or for walkers you can take a 10 min hilly walk to the beach and town along a busy road. ”

“The units resemble more a small condo. It is centrally located in the Romantic Zone, so you can walk to all the restaurants and venues. It is a quiet area, and the reception desk is very helpful in addressing concerns. I highly recommend this place.”
