“Room was clean and nice. The lock on the door was not fully secured to door. Informed staff but no one around to fix it. Offered to move rooms but we chose to stay. My main concern was when I went down the stairs, the fire doors did not latch and were partially open. Upon further investigation I found that there was a mechanism on the fire door that enabled and disabled the latch based on turning a knob on the door. “When I checkef in I was told they overbooked double beds and if i wouldn't mind getting a single bed with a couch bed. When I opened the couch bed, it was dirty and so was the mattress. After I called and complained, I was given a room with a double bed. ”

“Front desk staff was very helpful and check in was a breeze. What I really liked was having a room on the first floor without asking. Can't remember the last time I didn't have to take the stairs or elevator. ”

“there were no issues with the property. the only issue was that the check in clerk was not as nice. there was a snow storm and she would not let anyone check in prior to 3pm. the hotel was not full, so we had to sit in the lobby until 3pm and not 1 minute earlier. the rest of the staff was great. would stay again. ”
