“I was visiting my daughters and had help from them for the majority of my trip. I am a wheelchair user and needed help to get my suitcase to the hotel entrance from my room on my departure date. When I called guest services at 4:30am on a Monday I was told there was no one available who could help me. Fortunately I have a roller suitcase and pushed the suitcase with my knees. Even though the hotel is not required to have 24 hour help for something like this, it would have been nice if someone...
