“Breakfast was the same 3 days in a row. Oatmeal was cool and very lumpy. The fruit was all mushy. We did not use the pool. Frayed carpets, blinking lights ”

“The breakfast was really good. I was nervous because we came down at the tail end of breakfast, but everything was clean, hot, and tasty. Bed was very comfy. Bathroom was clearn and water was hot and good stream. Great bang for the value. ”

The staff from the front desk to the breakfast team were all friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. “Clean and pleasant staff”

“Front desk staff was very helpful and check in was a breeze. What I really liked was having a room on the first floor without asking. Can't remember the last time I didn't have to take the stairs or elevator. ”

“Room was clean and nice. The lock on the door was not fully secured to door. Informed staff but no one around to fix it. Offered to move rooms but we chose to stay. My main concern was when I went down the stairs, the fire doors did not latch and were partially open. Upon further investigation I found that there was a mechanism on the fire door that enabled and disabled the latch based on turning a knob on the door. “Nice big hotel. Kind of dated. Beds were great! Staff was over the top with kindness and accommodating us! ”

“When I checkef in I was told they overbooked double beds and if i wouldn't mind getting a single bed with a couch bed. When I opened the couch bed, it was dirty and so was the mattress. After I called and complained, I was given a room with a double bed. ”
