None of the above compare to the exemplary service we received. With 1,000s of stays all over this world, I can state that this was the best service I have ever received. “Really liked how quiet it was, very peaceful space, and you're right next to a bus stop, like a few steps away which will take you all the way to Metrotown. They do have a cat, which I'm a little allergic to, but I don't mind them around. But I only saw the cat once out of my five days, so if you're concerned, they're mostly upstairs.”

I was surprised not to find toiletries in the bathroom. Also, the bathroom was not well cleaned the day after shampooing, and several hairs were left in the bathtub.
