Hotel vicino a Queen Street Village Shopping Center - Gold Coast

“Luxury hotel in southport. Number one! Two pool. Fantastic wiew. ”

“Would recommend. Clean, great staff, modern.”

“A wonderful place to stay if you need to be at the Gold Coast University Hospital early in the morning. Very comfortable beds, clean, modern rooms. The bathroom products smelled wonderful. The gentleman on reception had "training" on his badge and he was dealing with some very odd characters, and handles himself very well, all by himself mind you. I'd stay again if I needed to be bear the hospital.”

“The accommodation was not two bedroom it was a 1 plus 1. So I suggest checking the accommodations website for a true description. The unit was unclean and furnishings were very dated. Overall, 2 stars and more like budget accommodation.”

“The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with its romantic architecture and timeless charm. The service was amazing, especially Florencia at reception, who was wonderful. The breakfast was also good, and the pool was beautiful, our girls really enjoyed playing in the sand. “I stay in the hotel just for one night and it was very nice and comfortable ”

“Nice new(ish) hotel. One of the most comfortable beds I've slept on in a long time. Has so much potential but feel few main things that let it down 1) Lack of parking. Whilst can pay for parking spots are very limited. We were unable to get one and had to do laps around area to find parks. Its untimed on weekends but 4hrs weekdays. 2) Breakfast options were very limited. was a cabinet of savouries and cakes that didn't seem overly fresh. Given it's on outskirt of Southport (and parking...

“The room had a broken bed. One of the legs was broken and the manager knew about it when I told him. Got zero sleep first night because of bed explained this to manager and manager explained waiting to get someone to repair it. Didnt offer any discount. Thought that was pretty poor and unsafe”

“The children loved the water splash zones … so many fun things to do and not to far from theme parks if that’s what you want to do.”

“Perfect location and amenities”

“Front desk reception was very nice; parking was included and readily available, although a little tight for our SUV; our front screen door was stuck in the locked position, so we were unable to close it; the screen to our balcony was stuck in the locked position, so we couldn’t open it to access the balcony; beds very hard; pillows flat; while we understood that the location would have traffic noise, we didn’t realize this included very obnoxious hooners, constantly through the night. It was...
