“Desk personnel were very nice. First room smelled overwhelming of disinfectant followed by a cat pee smell all night. Second room smelled of disinfectant unpleasantly strong. Rooms were old and not well maintained-faucet was moving in one room and shelving was crooked. Hangers were rusty. Breakfast was a bagel. Juice dispenser was broken, decaf coffee dispenser was broken, no protein choices. For over $200 per night I expected more.”

“The staff allowed us to drop our luggage off before check-in so we could go off to do other things and that was nice. The mattress was fairly comfortable and the air conditioning worked fine. Otherwise it was an unpleasant experience. The room was dark and dingy. The furnishings were worn out…the easy chair had stained fabric, the bed sheet had a hole in it, and the handle on the folding door to the bath was missing. The TV produced a message stating that the streaming contract was expired so...

“First of all, after a 5 hour drive with two toddlers in bad weather, the room we got was NOT what we booked. I booked a suite with a pullout sofa bed. There were two double beds. I had to make a bed for my grandsons on the floor. I was told there were none of those rooms available (even though that’s what I paid for). “The location was perfect. My grandkids loved the pool. The breakfast was not very good. The choices were minimal and you had to wait in line for 5 minutes to use the toaster which never toasted anyway. My biggest problem, however, has been trying to resolve the bill. They gave me a written copy of the invoice and have charged a totally different amount. I tried to resolve it to no avail.”

“The rooms are very dirty with hairs everywhere and a lot of stains on the carpet. The breakfast is included in the price but... where is the breakfast? A coffee machine, some old donuts, cereals and nothing else is not breakfast. It should be better write: "breakfast is not included". Very bad experience, never again!! ”

“10/10 overall! Staff was friendly, rooms clean, grounds well maintained, pool clean, good breakfast variety. My only suggestion (unless I missed something) I wish the TVs were smart TVs so we could use our streaming services. Other than that We've stayed here several times highly recommend!”

All of a sudden we can hear someone using a key card trying to get in our room…I yelled and you can hear them say something like why would they give us this room key…I called the front desk and they said they would look at the cameras and called me back….said there was an error made and apologized. “We had a few issues in the beginning of our stay, but they did get resolved on our last night. Some issues were cable not working, internet not connecting to devices, there was a telephone, but no hooks up so the phone didnt even work. The room was cleaned in a rush, there was a pretzel under the mattress.. & there was not spare toilet paper roll.”

“The property needs renovated. The bottoms of the windows were rotted. Air conditioning units in room did not work and had to move to another room. Room number sign on door was missing. Room was not clean and carpet needs replaced. The staff was pleasant and helpful.”

“We checked in late but the carpets next to the bed were sopping wet with large brown stains. Our socks and feet were soaking wet. The room smelled like mildew and air conditioner blew moist moldy smelling air. The blankets and beds were moist and floors due to this. We sent a message through Expedia and next day they came in room and dried the carpets but the air conditioner issue remained for the 3 nights we stayed. Coffee was weak and breakfast ehhh.”

We got a nonsmoking room and they stated they charged $250 if we smoked in the room, yet as soon as we opened the door, all we could smell was smoke.
