Hotel vicino a Queens Lake - Williamsburg

“We had a great experience! The hotel was lovely, and everything was smooth and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it!”

“Clean room and helpful staff”

“Nathan was amazing her really addressed our needs.”

“The place was moldy, had holes in the wall, and there were bugs in the room. The showers had stains and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months.”

“Convenient parking. Helpful staff. Lobby smelled like smoke and was unpleasant. Hallway on 2nd floor also smelled musty and smoky. Our 2nd floor room had sticky tile floors and carpet which was stained and not vacuumed. There was no breakfast available as had been noted on website (staff said that ended around Covid time). “There was a cockroach in my room.”

“The Inn at Warner Hall is a fantastically restored piece of history. The inn is in great condition and beautifully done. The property grounds look great and includes a 1-mile walking path with river views. The friendly staff and great breakfast only add to a wonderful stay.”

“Our stay started out on a bad note, as the young lady who checked us in was not at all pleasant nor welcoming. Not even a smile….we were tired after a long drive and a pleasant welcome would have been appreciated. The room was very clean and comfortable. We slept well. Breakfast was very nice, with many choices. All in all, a nice hotel, and we would stay again.”

“Lady at the front desk was rude”

“Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. The staff was pleasant and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious! This place is just a short walk to historic Williamsburg and all the shops.”

She said VA was known to have a problem with them. I stood on the bed and banged a book against it, and it fell. I took another picture, to make sure I had identified it. I only stayed one night, and hardly slept at all. I found out that the contact info that the owner shared with me was only texting, when I...
