Hotel vicino a Water Country USA - Williamsburg

“We checked in late but the carpets next to the bed were sopping wet with large brown stains. Our socks and feet were soaking wet. The room smelled like mildew and air conditioner blew moist moldy smelling air. The blankets and beds were moist and floors due to this. We sent a message through Expedia and next day they came in room and dried the carpets but the air conditioner issue remained for the 3 nights we stayed. Coffee was weak and breakfast ehhh.”

“We had a few issues in the beginning of our stay, but they did get resolved on our last night. Some issues were cable not working, internet not connecting to devices, there was a telephone, but no hooks up so the phone didnt even work. The room was cleaned in a rush, there was a pretzel under the mattress.. & there was not spare toilet paper roll.”

“This was one of the worst properties we have stayed at. Upon arrival the receptionist was rude. We got a nonsmoking room and they stated they charged $250 if we smoked in the room, yet as soon as we opened the door, all we could smell was smoke. “The staff allowed us to drop our luggage off before check-in so we could go off to do other things and that was nice. The mattress was fairly comfortable and the air conditioning worked fine. Otherwise it was an unpleasant experience. The room was dark and dingy. The furnishings were worn out…the easy chair had stained fabric, the bed sheet had a hole in it, and the handle on the folding door to the bath was missing. The TV produced a message stating that the streaming contract was expired so...

“The rooms are very dirty with hairs everywhere and a lot of stains on the carpet. The breakfast is included in the price but... where is the breakfast? A coffee machine, some old donuts, cereals and nothing else is not breakfast. It should be better write: "breakfast is not included". Very bad experience, never again!! ”
