“Great value. Property is dated. Saw many people that seem to be living there, full time. If you just need a place to sleep, when visiting Busch Gardens, it does the trick. Come in with low expectations; as the hotel is pretty old. Staff was very polite and helpful.”

“My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Cedars. Host was super friendly and breakfast was always delicious. Room was clean. The only thing that I think needs attention was our bathroom. The shower could use a good spray for mildew and the drain cover is not attached to anything. But other than that I would recommend this place.”

“This is a very basic stay. Room was relatively clean; however, there was no hot or warm water - staff never told us upon check-in even though we found out a pipe burst a few days prior and it hadn't been repaired. Curtains didn't open or close, air system was difficult to adjust, and the walls are extremely thin so you can hear everything outside your door. Prior to booking or staying, I recommend asking when the room was previously stayed in and whether there are any issues.”

“stayed 2 days it was clean and staff was very friendly. You don't have to pay for breakfast which is always a plus when traveling with kids. Its close to everything 10 min for busch gardens and right by colonial williamsburg. didn't get to use the pool because its outdoors and wasn't that nice out but i would stay here again.”

“The rooms are very dirty with hairs everywhere and a lot of stains on the carpet. The breakfast is included in the price but... where is the breakfast? A coffee machine, some old donuts, cereals and nothing else is not breakfast. It should be better write: "breakfast is not included". Very bad experience, never again!! ”

“Our room was clean. However, the hotel seemed a bit rundown. We also had to wait about 10 minutes to check in because there was nobody at the front desk. I was starting to get worried but finally someone came. I think he was the only one currently working. Also, most of the exterior doors, even though they had scanners for your key card, did not work and were propped open or did not close all the way. Although my room locked properly, it just was a weird feeling to think that anybody could just...

“Cheap stay but still not worth the price. Do not stay here. The hotel is run down. Pictures are not current at all. Building is outdated. Room was dirty and in badly in disrepair. Beds were uncomfortable. Breakfast was horrible if you can even call it a Breakfast. Pool and hottub was nasty. The whole place is way overdue for a remodel. I cant think of one good thing to mention.”
