“The AC in our King bed with pull out sofa bed room was terrible. Temperature could not be controlled. Wall thermostat was almost unusable. Expedia stated a $100 pet fee when I booked, but I was charged $150. In addition, there was no mention of a daily parking fee of $5.30 when I booked or at check-in. We left a day early and I understand we would not be refunded that last night even though we did not stay there, but we were also charged that parking fee for a parking space we did not use. The...

“Good for a quick stay- Room cleaning is only available every other day, stayed for three nights, didn’t come once.”

“I have stayed at this hotel at least four times so it has met my overall needs. I was a little disappointed this time, however. There was a dog in one of the rooms and the dog barked all night long. It was difficult to fall asleep. Also, I did not reserve or pay for a handicap room and the attendant assigned me to one. May try another hotel the next time.”
