“Room was excellent. Location was easily walkable to all Colonial Williamsburg sites. Breakfast--We ordered from the menu. Eggs were undercooked and pancakes just okay. Coffee was good. Staff was cordial.”

“Yes, this is an older hotel. However, my room was spotless, smelled good and the bed was extremely comfortable! Their recent remodel is great… They got rid of the carpet and it makes the whole room feel cleaner.”

“Im not happy with the loud noise that has been going on every day of my stay. I will be leaving tomorrow afternoon instead of Tuesday morning because of the disrespect this person or persons continues to show all guests who stay here. The room is nice and comfy. The man at the desk was exceptional. But due to the loud music from someone on the property i will make sure i wont come back here. I can deal with lots of things BUT being disrespected by someone else staying here will never happen...

“Easily the most beautifully decorated and appointed B&B in which I’ve ever stayed. Great breakfast. It’s also huge. Probably not for small children because there’s so much decorative stuff around. There are multiple lovely sitting areas inside and out. ”
