“Excellent stay only be aware if you book the Junior Suite as it is a small / corner room, better to look at other options. The staff anyhow was super helpful and supported by change. In addition it is a very busy hotel, difficult to do early check-in factor this in your travels. I highly reccomend the place to everyone”

“Excellent customer service!! Everyone at the hotel are super helpful and supportive. My mom stayed at the hotel for 8 nights, she needed assistance with ordering transportation, bringing her breakfast to the table, opening doors. She has a broken leg and is forced to use a walker. Every person at the hotel helped her with a smile. Beautiful people! Thank you!
I would also like to mention the ease of booking and paying for the hotel. A lot of hotels in the area would not accept remote payments...

Gym is very reasonable and adequate (open 24/7).
Only problem is inconsistent stream of hot water - the hot water in the shower is sometimes pulsating, making the showering experience unpleasant (this issue wasn't present at all times, but rather at certain days and times. However, it happened several times during my stay). ”

"Hotel is nice. Since last time I went, fitness center and spa were renovated and for me was perfect.
Anyway, best part of Hotel I believe to be the staff. All of them very kind and ready to help.
