“Very easy check in to this very clean 1-2 person unit 1/2 block off Duval and next to Hemmingways. You can walk to about ecerything but we rented a golf cart frin Crist at Blue Sky Rentals and saw it all. Had our morning coffee on the secluded back pario area and then were off.”

Loved hanging out with the roosters in the morning, despite their wake up call. was pretty stocked with some snacks, coffee, tea, etc. convenient to just about everywhere. only thing we didn't really like was there was no hard door for the bathroom. just a curtain, and a louvered pocket door for the bathroom. if you're not really really really comfortable with your company this may not be for...

“Brilliant location… very generous to leave bikes and chairs which was used every day. Well decorated and equipped room and comfy bed . Shower is hot and has great water pressure . Check in and out is easy . Thank you ”

“Dirty outdoor area. Trash and cleaning supplies on the porch. Cleaners came made all of the furniture wet and unusable and left a ladder on the porch. No internet, tv network went out, couldn’t reach the host. No notebook or folder in the unit. Overall Bad!”
