Hotel vicino a Radnor Lake State Natural Area - Nashville

“In town from Tuscaloosa and booked a last minute stay to go to Nashville Zoo! The front desk person that checked me in was so nice and professional! The person that checked in before me was giving her a hard time and spoke so rude to her. He kept throwing up the fact he was a diamond member or whatever the frequent stay members are called. I felt terrible as she was visibly upset by the rude behavior of this hotel guest but she calmly maintained her composure and professionalism through it all....

“we had a great stay at this hotel - the staff were professional and very friendly. The room was clean and the furnishings new. The hotel is located right behind a shopping center (publix/starbucks) so it was super convenient. We will definitely stay here again.”

“I recently relocated from out of state and stayed here with my 2 boys while we were searching for a place to live. It offered everything we needed & provided enough beds where we didn’t have to sleep together. Great location and staff!”

“The man at the reception desk was not friendly or welcoming. My daughter stayed here to break up a 16 hour trip home from grad school. She arrived around 11 pm from a 10 hour drive and ordered door dash. The reception man was disapproving of this and made it very clear. She felt very unwelcome. She loved the hotel itself, but will likely not stay here again on a trip home.”
