“Overall, the hotel was comfortable. There is some construction and renovations going on right now which can be noisy at certain points in the day. Loved that there was always coffee available in the lobby.”

“In order to get the hot water to come out of the shower, you had to run the hot water in the sink by the microwave while you ran the shower for five minutes then you had to go shut the water off and the other room so you can have the maintain pressure in the shower very inconvenient plus the television programs were not working. I was wanting to watch the PGA tournament on CBS, but you couldn’t get the channel on there because they had no Comcast connection. Also the TV was not the best picture....

“The hotel was fine but it had an odd smell even after changing rooms twice , the smell of cigarette was strong throughout the hotel especially in the rooms. The toaster was super dirty. Everything else was fine just kind of an old hotel vibe but not a problem other than the strong smell.”

“I've stayed at this place 2x now and about to do a third. It's in a really good location. Close to shopping areas and only like 15 min from downtown Nashville”

“it was a basic room to lay your head in, but there was pink nail polish like stuff stuck to the stand, mattresses had dirty spots (yes i check that stuff), our tv had no signal, and our hot water didnt work at all. granted we were only staying a weekend and not for an extended period of time, but had we been i wouldve been extremely upset with these basic amenities not working.”

“The non-smoking room smelled like smoke and were stained. One of our rooms the burner wasn't on the stove. The pictures online are deceptive. The stairs aren't safe leading from the second floor to the third was crumbling. We left within 20 minutes of checking in. I've never done that before.”

“I loved the room, pool and outdoor area. The location was perfect and surrounding area had many stores and restaurants. My only complaint was paying for parking in the road. Makes no sense.”

“The bathroom was very dirty. Hair in sink and on floor. Also felt like we were bothering the lady who checked us in. Checkout was much friendlier”
