This was my first time booking with Vrbo and was very concerned that about how the checkin went. Vrbo says that the host sends you the checkin information days ahead of your stay, however, the day of checkin, I still had no information and after many hours of contacting the host. He finally sent me the information, but it was after the check in time designated on the listing. He proceeded to tell me that check in was actually at 4pm and not 3pm, even thought it clearly said 3pm on the Vrbo listing. The space was great overall, but there was a lot of little things that were wrong like stains on the throw blankets and pillowcases, terrible pillows on all the beds, dirty baseboards, watered down hand soap, and the TV on the main level was blue because all the red pigments had burned out I'm guessing.
