Renovated, Pet-friendly Bungalow Near Downtown, Duke, and RTP

Beautifully decorated and spacious bungalow home in quiet neighborhood, equipped with work space, GoogleFiber high-speed internet and washer/dryer for laundry. It’s also minutes from everything Durham has to offer: 8 mins to DPAC theater, 12 mins to Duke University and Duke Hospital. All pets are welcome—see details for our pet policy.

The space:
Open concept Cottage with 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bathroom and private off-street parking, just minutes from downtown Durham. This house is located in an up-and-coming neighborhood at the intersection of N Miami Blvd. and Robinhood Road.

Guest access:
Access to the entire space. Keyless entry keypad is located on the side entrance, closest to rear parking area, for added guest privacy.

Other things to note:
Please note that this property is pet friendly and no additional fees are charged for up to two pets, so long as the space is well-maintained during the stay, but we do ask that you disclose what kind of pet(s) you’ll be bringing. Please inquire with the host if you have more than two pets traveling with you.

Quick visit with our pups

Easy location, super close to North Durham. Clean and cozy house. We enjoyed our stay, and the hosts were very friendly and communicative. It was great to be able to bring our two dogs. Also - king bed was very comfortable.

Overnight stay

Flew in from Key West trip and had volleyball tournament the next day. Perfect place for us. Communication with host was superb. Informed her of an “issue” that really wasn’t but needed to let her know. Responsive and let me know she appreciated knowing. Would stay again.

Great stay

We stayed during our vacation to NC. It was centrally located to all of our planned adventures. It was noisy, but to be expected staying near a city and there was a white noise machine in the bedroom which covered up the noise at night. The host was great and responsive when we communicated. We were even given an extra night at short notice due to travel plans changing.

Nice Property - didn’t feel safe in the location

The property was very nice and clean. Dog friendly which was great. We were traveling with my 2 year old and 5 year old the area didn’t feel safe to me. Otherwise host was great we used the washer and dryer which and everything inside the house wad great. Only rating 3 stars because of the neighborhood.

Family Visit

We came to NC to visit my husband who is here for medical reasons and we didn’t want to stay at a hotel. This VRBO was exactly as described and had everything we needed for our stay. We were able to go grocery shopping and just stay in for our meals. The host was also quick to answer my inquiries when we had questions. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Great place

I really loved this house, the kitchen is amazing and so big and comfortable. The entire house is just so beautiful, the only downside is that the washer and dryer is in the basement and you can only access it from outside.

Great Communicator!!

Such an easy time communicating. I truly appreciated it. Well stocked bathroom, coffee and teas. Great backyard for our tiny dog!!
