Stunning Home in Downtown Durham near DPAC & Duke

A comfortable experience awaits you at this centrally-located, newly renovated downtown Durham home! Beautiful inside and out. This 3 Bedroom/2 Bath property has a fully stocked kitchen, dining room, living room with sleeper sofa, desk area in one of the bedrooms, and can sleep up to 13 people. Close to Duke University & Duke Hospital.

After one small step up onto the front patio, enjoy living on one level. Small dogs 20lbs and under are allowed and will also enjoy the fully-fenced in backyard!

Enter through the front door into an open concept living room, dining room and fully stocked kitchen. Living room has comfortable couches, a sleeper sofa, and a large TV.

Bedroom #1: Master suite with king sized bed – private bathroom attached with double vanity and large shower

Bedroom #2: Queen sized bed with a twin sized trundle bed underneath and built-in desk/work area

Bedroom #3: Full sized bed with a twin sized trundle bed underneath & bunk bed featuring 3 twin beds

Full bathroom in between bedrooms #2 & 3 with bathtub/shower combo, single sink

Washer and dryer behind laundry closet doors

Enjoy the back deck in the fully-fenced in private backyard.

3 couples 2nights

Although we went out or ordered delivery, The House was well equipped for making meals at home. All the amenities of home where there if required. Great yard for dogs as back yard was completely fenced with 5-6 ft solid fencing. Easy self check-in, would ask for second and/or additional keys unless the battery is replaced for the keyless entry. Great accommodations, will stay again if required.

Very Lovely House

This house was clean, pretty and very comfortable. The host was nice. The location was exactly where we needed it to be and convenient to anything we needed. Less than 2 miles (5-7 minutes) to Duke Hospital, less than a mile from several grocery stores and convenient to all kinds of food locations and pharmacy.

We couldn't sleep there.

We were never able to stay in that house, I do not recommend it, the house is very dirty, doors open and all the beds unmade. I think you shouldn't even see this house, the managers are very irresponsible.

Fit for us

We were in Durham for Duke Basketball Camp and needed a close location better than prior years. The house was perfect for us with excellent property managers. We will stay next year again if it’s available.

Vacation rental review

This property definitely had its advantages and opportunities. Overall, it’s in a great location to Duke hospital which was why we were there. Host was very quick to respond to us when contacted. He allowed us to bring our dog. We were a little taken aback by the cleanliness of the property, the bathrooms were disgusting ( we cleaned the showers before using them). There was mold on the shower curtains and we found stains on the sheets,The house definitely looked better online. The neighborhood was not what we expected, did not feel safe with kids being outside by themselves. Was in an area that looked to not be the safest.
