“Do not EVER stay here. The AC does not work in the rooms or common area. It is disgusting.”

“This property is a gem for sure. The suite was a good size with separate living, bathroom and bedroom areas. Very nice stay and comfortable bed! There is no on site staff, they text you the room code. That was nice too.”

“Noise level was loud due to interstate, breakfast consisted of muffins and coffee. Was charged double rates due to graduation, disappointment, family should be able to enjoy their child graduating not worry about if they can afford the stay to see their accomplishments.”

“The pool was very warm so not very enjoyable. Breakfast was good...had a wide variety. ”

“Very filthy hotel . Piss stained old mattresses and uncomfortable. Linens were all stained. Pillows old, stained and uncomfortable. Broken light fixtures, filthy refridgerator, filthy floors, trim missing on floor. Shameful for such a well known company.”

“The elevator did not work. All ice machines were broken, no ice was available. The building was run down and NOT in the condition shown online. Even the fountain in front was dry and shut down. Due to a name change, my Expedia reservation could not be found. I had to spend almost an hour trying to get Expedia to communicate with the hotel and find my booking (even though the confirmation had both the old and new hotel name.) Ultimately, did not enjoy this stay!”

“Water pressure in sink was abysmal, parking if not valet subjects you to park at a parking garage down the street only in the 3rd or 4th floor which at night feels sketchy. Room has fridge chock full of drinks both alcoholic and non but watch the price lol…lastly a small trash can by the toilet is all the room offers for waste so be mindful of to go food oh, and no microwave in the room. ”

“Nice, spacious room with good amenities. Check in is by texted code as the hotel consists of a few rooms on the 3rd floor of Pioneer Condos, so there were no interactions with staff and no daily housekeeping, which was absolutely not a problem for our short stay. Location in downtown is very quiet, but there is a restaurant in the building, a brewery in the building, and an excellent coffee shop (Nashwell) across the street. Parking was easy as was getting around Lubbock. ”

“No I never stayed there cuz I was on the national do not stay for whatever reason they wouldn't let me stay there cuz I was on some kind of paper saying I wasn't allowed to stay there so I paid for it and then you said none refundable how is I know supposed to know I was on allowed to stay there so I feel like you need to give me my money back”

“This place was absolutely disgusting. The grounds looked they have not been touched in forever. Our room appeared to be cleanish, one of the mattresses was completely covered in plastic, the bathtub was so bad we wouldn’t even use it. At the time of check in I was told they don’t take 3rd party reservations so even after I paid for the room thru Expedia I still ended up paying again just so we had a place to sleep. It was graduation weekend and there was no where else. I am pretty disappointed...
