“The whole hotel was neglected and looked nothing like the online pictures. The room was filled with dust and dead bugs, holes in the curtains, the elevator didn’t work, the bathtub was disgusting, and the entire place felt gross and unkept.”

“Literally the noisiest hotel I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Men were milling around the parking lot at 10:30 at night and someone randomly and aggressively banged on our door at 11 PM, but then walked away. The parking lot and breezeways smelled of ethnic cooking and cigarettes. Fortunately, the room did not stink, in fact it was very clean. But the rooms are so incredibly noisy due to the orientation of the hotel to the highway. We had hoped that turning the air conditioner on constant...

“Our room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very fresh. A workout room near the lobby had all the equipment I needed. Parking was easy.”

“Checked under mattress, had large stains and huge collection of black remnants that I can only hope was not bed bug feces. Unacceptable at any price.”
