This cozy retreat features a screened porch and a deck, perfect for soaking up the lake breeze and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Inside, the bright pine walls and a recently updated kitchen and bathroom create a warm, inviting space. Modern comforts include a 55" smart TV and fast Wi-Fi, though with the beach so close, you may find yourself spending most of your time swimming and relaxing by the water.

Guests will enjoy easy access to the communal sandy beach and grassy shore area, which are shared exclusively among the cottages. The cottage is part of a quiet neighborhood, connected by lightly trafficked roads ideal for walking and taking in the scenery. We ask all guests to respect the peaceful atmosphere of the community by avoiding loud music, parties, or late-night activities.

For added convenience, a shared laundry shed with complimentary equipment and extra household supplies are available for guest use. Please note that Beachside does not have air conditioning or heating and is best suited for guests looking for a quiet, laid-back retreat. In the fall, the docks are removed from the water, slightly reducing the waterfront lounging space, but the open lawn remains perfect for enjoying scenic lake views.
