“Your key system sucks! First two keys didn’t work. Next morning the keys didn’t work! Ridiculous”

“The rooms were recently redone and relatively clean. There was no Kleenex and only half a roll of toilet paper. The breakfast… If that’s what you wanna call it was totally unacceptable. It was not even milk for your cereal. Come for the affordable, stay and clean room, but not the breakfast. The Mexican restaurant in the same parking lot was fairly good and very convenient.”

“Placed us in a room at the end of the hall right next to an exit door. Slamming doors all night. Cigarette smoke from the outside migrated into our room. This should never be used as a guest room due to its proximity to the exit door. ”

“The person at check in was pleasant. Down hill from there. Elevator out of service. Dirty towel hanging behind bathroom door. Entire building in need of updating. Don't go to breakfast area 10 minutes before opening looking for coffee because woman setting it up will not be too accommodating. "It opens at 6:30". “This hotel is very old and definitely shows its age. Any updates were hurried and completed badly. The tv didn’t work, paint on the ceiling from the walls and next to no water pressure. The sheets, as my son said, felt like lying on sandpaper. If you want a place to sleep overnight and leave immediately it will do as a push. I’m not expecting much for the price, but even I felt overcharged. The staff were super nice and friendly, and working with what they have, they did good. I think this...

“The stay at the Comfort Inn was excellent. The check in process was very easy and the clerk was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, the temperature was easily controlled with the thermostat and the beds were very comfortable. ”

“Room was nice staff was nice everything was nice, but we were put in a room that was either handicap accessible or made for little people. The tub was ankle deep at best. ”

“A/C worked fine. It did sound like someone fired up a Peterbilt while it ran, but worked great. The room hadn't been renovated yet, but the desk clerk told me ahead of time. Very clean and everything worked. I'd requested a room I could park near, as I'm 1/2 lame and didn't want to walk far with luggage. Very nice place, I'll stay again.”

“For it to be such a new hotel in Fitzgerald. It did not meet my expectations. The air conditioner at the wall have mold all going around it. The parking lot looks like it's 25 years old and needs to be paid. The rooms look like they're not well kept. There's more observed but there's only so much I can say.”

From the moment we walked after a long day at the ball parks, we were greeted first, not by a team member but the pleasant smell of a clean aroma that wafted through the automatic doors. The staff was equally welcoming and the rooms were very clean. In the morning, the lady that was facilitating the breakfast was very kind and greeted all guests, ensuring that everyone had what ever they needed. This is definitely worth the stay if you are in the area. ”
