“We had a nice stay here! As we were checking in a lot of people came afterwards and a second customer service rep would have been ideal. The bartender, Manoj, was great! Wonderful customer service and made you feel welcome! Shuttle service was wonderful, very nice staff!!”

“I was very impressed with the friendliness and general good spirit of the staff. They clearly have a great dynamic. Michelle at the front desk made sure that I got a quiet room, which is important because I am bad at sleeping. One small negative is that there is no ice machine or fridge, so I had to ask for ice daily to cool down some snacks I kept in my room. I ended up getting food poisoning because I ate something that had gone off, but I think that’s more a “me problem” than anything to do...

“The hotel is ok, for a 4 star hotel I was expecting something better to be honest. Our room was quite little and we find a leftover in the fridge from some previous customers. Mistaking is human, the room was clean compared to NY standard but I’m not sure we’ll come back. The location is ok, Chinatown can be quite busy and smelly. ”
