“Arrived at hotel at 3:47 PM Friday the 12th. Approached desk to ask if we could check in. Immediately told are room was not ready and that we had to wait to 4:00 PM. Sat down in lobby while I watched two other sets of people check in at the next counter. At 3:55 we were told we could check in. I immediately responded to staff that it wasn't 4:00 pm as he previously told me i needed to wait. Proceeded to check in and was assigned room 206? which was on 2nd floor right next to air...

“Elevator was not working, hairdryer was Temu quality -truly junk, no wash cloths in the room, bed was hard as a rock, pillows were hard -more like bolsters, hall lighting was exceptionally dim, lounge area had nearly all ceiling lights turned off day and night. Front desk help was friendly but helpless: Example: After the elevator was fixed the next day, we pushed the elevator button at the ground floor but the elevator didn’t come. “The hotel and room was very clean and the staff was nice. The Mexican restaurant on property was amazing. Very good food and very well priced during happy hour. The room was kind of dark as there were only the bedside lights when the blinds were closed. The bathroom ceiling clearly had water damage from lack of ventilation and the amount of caulking used and not used to hide the gaps on the faucet and handle was actually laughable.
