“The Ada Hotel is a gem just outside of Grand Rapids. Everything in the hotel is beautifully curated…I had fun looking at all of the historic photos and prints of the original Ada Hotel in the 1800s. We had a delicious meal and cocktails in the lobby bar. The hotel is located in a mixed use development so shopping, services, and multiple restaurants only steps away. Make sure you have breakfast at MudPenny - beyond delicious. I look forward to booking my next stay at the Ada Hotel soon!”

“We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was nice and cozy. The beds were comfortable. My only complaint would be the stairway is steep and a little scary going downstairs wirh anything in your hands. Overall, we had a great stay, ans would definitely stay again. ”

“First I would like to mention Page who helped me out so much. She was a life saver for my short stay. The property was great. Room was awesome and comfortable. Nice and quiet. I didn’t make it to breakfast so I can’t comment on that. I would definitely stay there again. If you’re going for business and have time visit Reed lake. Driving around on the back roads was beautiful. Food, shopping and Biggby right around the corner and super close to the beach expressway.”

“Great hotel! The only concern I had was that the receptionist, dressed as a woman, kept twirling his long hair. I realize this was late at night, but professionals don’t sit there twirling their locks! That is but a good look! I’d you have to do DEI hires, at least train them to look professional at the desk! “I chose this motel for its location. It has a mini-fridge. Two HUGE bugs in the room's bathroom. Frightfully huge. My vanity sink dripped a TON and formed a lake on the room floor which took three towels on the floor the whole time to mop it up / to absorb it. My room's window did not open which was a detriment. LOTS of loitering guests (or RESIDENTS??).....rubbernecking. People drinking and doing drugs in the motel parking lot. Bed was very comfortable and was clean. RIGHT next to a gas...

“The parking lot had litter. The pool area was nice and the room was good. The breakfast area was not staffed for over 45 minutes. They were out of spray to operate the waffle machine for 3 days. There was only peanut butter as a spread.”
