“Fantastic experience. Would highly recommend. Only feedback I would give that didn't really impact our experience was that room toilet have a door on them that is open at the bottom and the top, which then leads into the bathroom and the main room. This means that although there is a door, the person using the loo does not have the luxury of total silence if they are going to be particularly musical or leave some kind of aroma behind. We just made a deal with the family to use the toilets...

“We loved every minute of our stay at this charming, older-style hotel. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. While the shared bathrooms were initially a concern, we decided to give it a go—and we’re glad we did! The setup was clean and well-maintained, and the great value more than made up for it. “Great place for a family vacation! We loved swimming, playing on the playground equipment and exploring local pubs and cafes. The cottage was very spacious and there was lots of room inside and out for our child to play. The hosts were really lovely and helpful and made us feel very welcome.”
