“Quiet area, clean hotel, and breakfast is great.”

“My son got an asthma attack within few hours in the room, not sure if it was the chemicals used to clean or dust in the carpet or something else. We rushed him to the ER around 2am in the morning and he had to be admitted. ”

“This location staff is great. Room was clean, beds were clean. I came down for breakfast at like 9:30, Everything seems like it sat for a while, not fresh, and the building is outdated rooms are small. ”

“Very nice staff, especially at breakfast. The room is spotlessly clean. Great beds. Only gripes were the incredibly loud ac unit outside and the hotel was very expensive for what it was. But supply and demand I guess. It was a busy weekend in Richmond ”

“The room was clean BUT....the beds were horrible! The bed frame was a full size but the mattress was a queen size so when you sat on the edge you slid off!! Very uncomfortable. At breakfast i went down for coffee. There were no coffee cups and when i asked for one i was told they were out of them! I was told to use a juice cup which is about a 3 oz cup! A couple tables were unclean and the atmosphere was uninviting. No curtains or shades to cover the dirty windows. Will not stay there when i go...

“Rooms, hallways, lobby all smelled like cigarettes. No extra pillows available. Not helpful front desk staff.”

“It was great for a quick overnight stay. Smoking room and clean was key for me. I will there were a couple of burn marks on things like people don't know how to use an ashtray. Other than that no problems. Also great customer service!”
