“Our first night and morning staff, Nellie and Carla, were fantastic. They were kind and friendly, and very helpful and attentive. Are next 2 nights left a lot to be desired. “Older building but well maintained. We had stayed here previously a few years ago and it seems much nicer now! I am a breakfast person and the breakfast here is EXCELLENT! I will come back and stay here just for the breakfast when I'm in Richmond. This trip was for my son's swim meet, important to have a bathtub, not just a shower, and older facilities usually have tubs (thank goodness). “I am very unhappy with the experience I had staying here, everything seemed perfectly normal until I noticed the soap dispenser was completely broken off the wall. Secondly, found a total of 3-4 small roaches on the floor, bed was completely fine. When I asked the staff about getting another room or refund, they told me no refunds and that there were no other rooms available, which I find very hard to believe considering the lack of cars on the premises... Definitely recommend spending a few...
