“Lots of broken things in the room. Breakfast wasn’t ready til 7:30 and staff seemed annoyed when asked anything”

“Our first night and morning staff, Nellie and Carla, were fantastic. They were kind and friendly, and very helpful and attentive. Are next 2 nights left a lot to be desired. Both night, extremely loud and disrespectful. Arrived between midnight and 2am, with children in tow.. The staff did not seem to be able to control the influx. “Breakfast was wonderful as were Sabrina, Chastity and Janette. Issues: First Room 231: The lines were blown out Thursday and hot water was running from shower & sink. I cleaned both. Bathroom floor wet - I dried. Also the AC would not work right. Moved to Room 334: Toilet wanted to overflow every 2 flushes. The sink spewed water as there was no aerator. The water in the shower would not cut off. We reported the problems and told they would be and were fixed Friday. Not done. Reported again...

“Do not book this hotel it is disgusting we have travelled extensively & we could not believe what we walked into and just as quickly left and found a better hotel. I would suggest Expedia take it off the booking site.the only thing that could fix this hotel would be a bulldozer.”

“Stains on the ceiling and walls. worn fabric on furniture, outdated colors, hard to locate. Felt 'dirty'. Questioned the clientele. Carpet stains and sandy feel. Called Expedia and checked out immediately.”

“La struttura è ben tenuta ma non bisogna comunque aspettarsi nulla di più di un hotel da sosta di una notte. L'odore di "casa di riposo" che pervade la grande hall parla da sé, il cibo offerto così come le bevande gratuite dell'aperitivo sono appunto offerte e quindi ovviamente non hanno alcun valore. Non siamo stati male ma andare via non è stato un grande rimpianto. ”

“Overall, the room was clean and spacious. However, the bathroom is claustrophobically tiny. No mirror or wash basin in the bathroom. Room cleaning is only every other day. That is a major turn off. Breakfast was just okay, not much variety. Fruits were especially stale, consistently.”

“Weed smell everywhere at property. Rooms were not clean. There were no utensils in Kitchen. Overall it was bad bad experience. I checked out a day before because i didn't want to stay there.”

“Breakfast room was clean and beautiful and serving dishes were kept full. The pool was very clean and our request for connecting rooms was guaranteed. The rooms were very clean, but the soap and shampoo were not sufficiently filled and we just about didn’t have enough”

“They are pretty much the only place in the area was an outdoor swimming pool for less than $100 a night. That being said, we overlooked the rude staff, and the fact that the rooms were only half-heartedly cleaned, and the criminal casing of rooms that the personnel were obviously a part of.... But a total infestation of cockroaches was the last straw. Pool or not, we will never stay there again!”
