“There were repairs made to the wall inside the room. Plaster was all over the wall and carpet. The bathroom had clean towels, but the tub was not clean. Used soap and hair still in the tub, on the shower wall and floor beside the toilet. Even saw a large bed bug crawling on the pillow on the bed.”

I thought this is weird, so I waited, and after about ten minutes, the lady I watched entering the lobby with a bag of food was actually the customer service attendant. “First of all two other members in our party having different rooms both experienced terrible pre-cleansed room service. One had a dog’s feces, still remaining in the room, and the other had inappropriate stained sheets still on the bed matting after a second request to move. It was still not relieved. That is the first night for their experience the second night of my experience, which is actually more troubling. Was that I encountered someone having the ability to use their hotel room card...

“This is honestly one of the nastiest hotels I have ever stayed in and i have stayed in some CHEAPPPP hotels. My first room had no ac, and black mold all over the bathroom. Then I got moved and the next room the toilet didn’t even work. The carpets in the hallway are disgusting and the laminate flooring in the rooms is peeling. I never usually complain but I was here for my best friends funeral and it was already a trying time just to be left in the nastiest hotel in Virginia.”

“Don’t go to this hotel; find somewhere else to stay, please. You have to pay for parking while staying there, and when I arrived, the room didn’t have a remote control for the TV. The staff had to come back to my room several times for about 30 minutes to change the channel on the TV. Then, on the remote, it said Netflix, but you can’t watch it because they were in the process of switching it over. I won’t be going back there; I woke up this morning to find charges on my account. SMH."”

“Arrived and no one was in the lobby or at the desk. We waited a while then finally found someone. A man with huge fake breasts came out, didn't acknowledge us other than asking for ID and credit card. Made no eye contact. Handed us the room key and that was it. Worst customer service we've experienced at a hotel. Also parking on Expedia is listed at $12, but hotel had a handwritten sign saying parking was $15. Definitely staying somewhere else next time we're in area.”

“During my one-week stay I had several problems with my key access to my room. I paid ahead of time for the full week my room access card would not work on at least 5 occasions. Each time I had to go to the office to have my keycard "fixed", and had to wait in line behind other guests who were signing in to even talk to the counter person. The Motel seems to be understaffed.
