“It was a decent place but the front desk was extremely helpful. Megan was really sweet and attended promptly to my request regarding the room. She was respectful and ensured that I had a pleasant stay. I appreciated that very much. Thank you Megan and the team.”

“Don’t waste your time or money on this hotel. The rooms were not properly cleaned, and the property clearly needs pest control. Very disappointing experience.”

“The room had mold in the window and mouse poop behind the beds. The flooring in the room was coming up which made me trip. The flooring in the hallways we gross with crumbs. Only one elevator worked and it was disgusting on the inside. The free breakfast was inedible.”

“Location was good but the hotel (room) could use some updating (mold spots on the ceiling, sunken in mattress, heavily stained counter, dirty fridge). Overall the room was nice but definitely wouldn’t be back due to the issues noted.”

“La struttura è ben tenuta ma non bisogna comunque aspettarsi nulla di più di un hotel da sosta di una notte. L'odore di "casa di riposo" che pervade la grande hall parla da sé, il cibo offerto così come le bevande gratuite dell'aperitivo sono appunto offerte e quindi ovviamente non hanno alcun valore. Non siamo stati male ma andare via non è stato un grande rimpianto. ”

“Jeffrey was the best host. This is a beautiful property which is obviously lovingly maintained. The building is so pretty and has multiple sitting areas outside of your room (which was also great). I have dietary restrictions and Jeffrey and others made sure to have snacks for me to enjoy during the wonderful nightly happy hours and delicious options for breakfast. This area was also fun to explore and Jeffrey gave us very good pointers on where to go.”

“The hotel is average on cleanliness. The room is better clean. However, rustic parts are in the kitchen as well as unclean cups. The staff is unhelpful when asking for a minor change. There is a stray or owned German shepherd wandering around the property.”

“They are pretty much the only place in the area was an outdoor swimming pool for less than $100 a night. That being said, we overlooked the rude staff, and the fact that the rooms were only half-heartedly cleaned, and the criminal casing of rooms that the personnel were obviously a part of.... But a total infestation of cockroaches was the last straw. Pool or not, we will never stay there again!”

“Our first night and morning staff, Nellie and Carla, were fantastic. They were kind and friendly, and very helpful and attentive. Are next 2 nights left a lot to be desired. Both night, extremely loud and disrespectful. Arrived between midnight and 2am, with children in tow.. The staff did not seem to be able to control the influx. Also, our shower had a HUGE crack in the back tile that staff apparently was unaware of. The cleaning carts were also very loud! The outside of the hotel leaves a...
