“Convenient location is what drew us to the hotel late arrival. Check in was smooth and room comfortable. The manager Tracy is very kind and quickly took care of a little mixup. We will def be back.”

“Everything was great. From entrance, lobby, room etc. My only complaint is that I got there at 4:35pm (check in at 4). My room was not ready and was told 45 minutes to an hour wait. I called at 5:20pm and got me a new room. Me and my fiancé was in town for Wiz Broadway show, so it could’ve been a let down if it was not corrected. Still 5/5 exceptional hotel!”

“The room wasn’t cleaned at all the whole time we were there we were rationed towels only given 2 even though I booked a room for 3 people not once did they ever come in and atleast empty trash and refill toilet paper never have I stayed at a hotel where you had to go down and ask for clean towels and empty your own waste baskets”

“La struttura è ben tenuta ma non bisogna comunque aspettarsi nulla di più di un hotel da sosta di una notte. L'odore di "casa di riposo" che pervade la grande hall parla da sé, il cibo offerto così come le bevande gratuite dell'aperitivo sono appunto offerte e quindi ovviamente non hanno alcun valore. Non siamo stati male ma andare via non è stato un grande rimpianto. ”

“The hotel and staff were great! Particularly liked Landi and Molly. The mini fridge in the room wasn't plugged in when we got there, but that is seriously the only thing that was slightly off. Great stay.”

“System was down when I checked in on Friday and had to wait about 30 minutes to check in. Also, WiFi went down on Sunday, so hard to do work.”

“Great place to stay. Love having a separate bedroom, kitchen and living area. Able to cook small meals in microwave and on hob. Staff are all friendly and lovely. I used the laundry too which was so convenient. Shipping is nearby as well. ”

“The hotel looks like an older castle style building from the outside. Inside the lobby was very clean and the person at the registration desk was very pleasant. Our room was quite large and very clean. As a matter of fact we could still smell the cleaning agent that was used to clean the floors. All the furniture in the room also appeared to have been recently cleaned. Breakfast was included and had waffles, cereal, toast, bagels, fruit various juices and coffee. There was a large parking lot...

“My husband and I came to this hotel after leaving another due to the cleanliness (or lack thereof) of another. It was a breath of fresh air. The elevator even smelled better. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Cute little Bluey stickers or the toilet paper and tissues (we don't even have kids and we thought it was cute). The shower was huge and really nice. Definitely wish we would've stayed here both of our nights in VA.”

“The front desk staff appeared irritated and did not want to assist us with a military discount .”

“Staff was great. Access to hotel a bit confusing, through a Sheetz parking lot. Drain in bathroom sink was slow. Elevator broke, but was quickly repaired. Not a bad hotel, but a bit too expensive for the quality, in my opinion.”
