“We had a wonderful stay. The man at the front desk was very friendly during check in and that gave us a pleasant start to our stay. We did not try the paid breakfast but would have loved complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning. However we did appreciate the free waters each day. Our room was very quiet and clean. The bed was very comfortable and we had great sleeps both nights. (Although the pillows seemed pretty flat - definitely need to double up) The bed being so comfortable...

“We liked everything about The Boulevard Inn. The location was excellent. We enjoyed being able to walk to Cary Town as well as several outstanding museums in the area. “This is an absolutely gorgeous, wonderful historic inn in Richmond. We booked this hotel at the last minute without knowing anything about it, and we were blown away by how charming and beautiful it is. The interior courtyard was like a secret garden in the city. “Management did the right thing by granting a full, hassle-free refund at checkout, but this hotel requires a major overhaul. Our stay began with a broken AC, forcing a room transfer at 2:00 AM.
