“Nice”

“The Hotel was in the process of the complete roof being redone. with the noise and hammer guns going on all day. There was no peace”

“My husband and I came to this hotel after leaving another due to the cleanliness (or lack thereof) of another. It was a breath of fresh air. The elevator even smelled better. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Cute little Bluey stickers or the toilet paper and tissues (we don't even have kids and we thought it was cute). The shower was huge and really nice. Definitely wish we would've stayed here both of our nights in VA.”

“The staff at the Extended Stay are fine, but the property needs a thorough cleaning and fresh coats of paint. The walls and floors are stained, the bathrub in our room had blackish stains from what looks like a bathtub non-slip rug having been there for a long time. The sink in our kitchenette had mold in the drain/strainer area. I picked this hotel because the ratings for the hotel was 8.2 but it is not worth an 8.2 rating. I have nothing against the staff, but they need to pay more attention...

“All bedsheets were stained down to the mattress. Definitely from bedbugs. Very dirty and outdated. Tried to get another room, none available, tried to find another hotel none available or close by due to huge soccer event in the area. Complained to staff & call expedia and didn’t do much with compensation . Never again”

“The room i got wasn't super clean and there were only a few channels on the television that actually picked up. Phone service was not great either for some reason. But the beds were cozy and the shower was sufficient.”
